Pay the consultation fee
Pay by card or mobile money. The fee is non-refundable and is deducted from your deposit if you go ahead.

Get a report and quotation
We send a product report and a quotation for your order.
Sign and pay the deposit
Sign the contract and pay half of the sourcing fee. The $200 you already paid counts towards it.
Pay 50% deposit, less $200Products are packed
We review the supplier's refund policy with you. You then pay the supplier invoices, plus taxes, shipping, clearance and insurance where necessary.
Pay invoicesCleared for shipping
Once your products are cleared for shipping, pay the rest of the sourcing fee.
Pay balance 50%Track and collect
You get the papers to track all shipments, then pick up your products on arrival in your country.

Common questions from buyers
How much does it cost to source products through Indhows?
You pay a US$200 consultation fee when you book. The sourcing fee is a percentage of your order value, stated in your quotation, and is paid in two halves. You also pay the supplier invoices, plus taxes, shipping, clearance and insurance where necessary.
Is the US$200 consultation fee refundable?
No. The consultation fee is non-refundable. If you go ahead with an order, the US$200 is deducted from your 50% sourcing fee deposit, so you do not pay it twice.
How do I pay?
You can pay by card or mobile money. Fees are quoted in US dollars.
What if I cancel a shipment?
If you cancel a shipment and give us written notice within 15 days of paying a fee, we refund 50% of the fees you paid to Indhows. The consultation fee is not refunded. Refunds for the products themselves follow the supplier's policy, which we review with you before you pay the invoices.
Do my goods need an inspection certificate?
Many goods need a Certificate of Conformity issued in India before shipment under Uganda's pre-export inspection programme. We tell you in your product report whether your goods are covered and arrange the inspection.
How do I estimate the taxes on my order?
