This policy explains what is refunded when you cancel. It forms part of our Terms of service.
1. Consultation fee
The US$200 consultation fee is non-refundable. If you go ahead with an order, it is deducted from your 50% sourcing fee deposit.
2. Fees paid to Indhows
If you cancel a shipment and give us written notice within 15 days of the date you paid a fee to Indhows, we refund 50% of that fee. The consultation fee is not included in this refund.
If you give notice more than 15 days after the date of payment, the fee is not refunded.
3. Payments for products
Refunds for the products themselves follow the supplier's refund policy. We review that policy with you before you pay the supplier's invoices, so you know the terms before your money leaves you.
4. Taxes, shipping, clearance and insurance
Amounts paid to carriers, insurers, inspection companies, clearing agents and tax authorities are refunded only if, and to the extent that, the third party refunds them.
5. Indian suppliers
Refund of the annual operation fee and treatment of commission on cancelled orders are set out in your partnership contract.
6. How to cancel and claim a refund

- State your name, the order or quotation reference, and the date and amount of each payment.
- We confirm in writing the amount to be refunded.
- We pay the refund within [TO INSERT: number of days] days of that confirmation, by the method you used to pay.
